I have lived in NJ most of my life, and have been modding cars for about 10-11 years... Let me tell you..... You will not find such a thing!!!!!! You may come across chromers...However everyone of them is awful quality.... I heard Chrome Masters in upstate NY was real good.. However they are the guys O.C.C. uses, so now they think they are rockstars as well, and want to bang you over the head... Send it to the west coast if you want it done right....

I know it involves shipping, which is always expensive and a pain in the a$$, but if you are serious about shipping wheels to the west coast for chroming let me know. I just had mine done locally (San Diego) and they came out great for a reasonable price. They were done by a small privately owned wheel shop. The owner sends them out to a friend who does them after hours at a large plating shop. If you're interested, PM me for details. I ended up paying less than the exchange places charge and it included re-mounting the tires, balancing, and would have included putting them on the car if I had wanted it.
