Question about the brake tsb

Do you actually have to show something is wrong with the discs or will they do it automatically if you ask?

They need to be at least grooved. Tell your dealership that you have a shutter and a grinding when you stop...

By the time this TSB had come out my grooves had all but disappeared. Of course I had reported it earlier when the grooves were still visible. If you don’t have any grooves then do as Hemi 6.1 suggests. You can also add in squeaking brakes…..then they’ll change the pads.
