What year SRT-8's do they do the trans tsb for?

I keep hearing about guys arguing with dealers about the trans tsb because the dealer says their cars already have it. I have a 2006 SRT-8 that I purchased last July. Does my car qualify for the tsb. And yes it does hesitate between 1st and 2nd under heavy acceleration.

Here is the link to the TSB which lists what models it applies to. Sorry to say that some dealerships just are clueless. Apparently they don’t want to read what the actual TSB has to say and just go on what they think they know….which is often wrong. Perhaps this is why you’re seeing this discrepancy between dealerships handling this issue.
