Thumbs up Msd Shift Light Mod??

has anyone installed a shift light on an SRT??? no TSB for me no way im doing it cos i like it and in a few years my SRT will be one of the rare ones that has this ...

anyways so sometimes when im not paying attention i hit the rev limiter big deal but it still sucks... also you have to keep looking at the tach and missing all the action behind you

so anyone installed a shift light which one???

Doesn't yours say "UPSHIFT" with an up arrow in the EVIC when you get over 5500 RPMS or so? Once you know its there, you can practice watching your EVIC display with your peripheral vision. You won't be able to read it, but you will see the motion when the screen changes to UPSHIFT.

No I haven't installed a shift light and I haven't heard of anyone doing this before. I think you're in uncharted waters. Keep us posted if you pursue it. Good luck.

who needs a shift light if you have ears? the car will tell you when it needs to shift.

yeh i saw that UPSHIFT in the display its tooooo small and its not that accurate , i was thinking of the adjustable shift light in 100RPM increments so i can adjust the light at the perfect RPM
