Great morning - SRT8 and a BMW 750Li

First off I live right outside of Baltimore. I have a great interstate called
RT70, nice straight-aways and wide corners, great for speed.. It is about 9:45AM and the road was wide open.. I am cruising along and I see a BMW coming up hard beside me and then he slows down, he gives me the smile, a wave and here we go.. I was quite impressed with the BMW, it looked nice but he couldn’t hang with the SRT.. I got about 3 car lengths ahead of him and kept pulling.. We went on and off for about 12 to 15 miles, max speed that we hit was around 135 but he never came close.. My exit came up and he followed me off and complemented the SRT, he could not believe that his 80K car was blown away.. Nice guy, great ride only a Tuesday morning...

I bet you won't see him at a Chrysler dealership.

Even a 760 would get beaten. Obviously he doesn't know BMWs.

Owings Mills here and I travel 70 all the time. I was actually shooting to Hagerstown this morning on West 70 but it was around 8:30. Nice Kill and I concur on the road being a nice joyous stretch of smooth stomping grounds!

I did manage to puree a Mazda RX-8 who tried to get spunky on W70 where it splits towards 29 but I backed off at 110 mph because he quickly became a figment of my imagination in the rear view mirror and I didn't feel the need to put my starbucks down and manually shift!

I know what your saying, why bother but the coffee was strong and I was in a good mood!

Definitely not as worthy as your Beamer kill though. If you got a better description of the beamer let me know! I'm stealthing it without a rear spoiler and as a group effort we just might be able to convince him to upgrade to an SRT!

LMAO

And yes just another Tuesday Morn'!!!

Nice!!!!

Wait, Correction/Edit was it black? I may have passed him on the way back home heading East but the one I saw was very subdued in the slow lane and I couldn't tell because I was travelling too fast but I thought he was holding a tissue to his eye!!!

LMAO

70

Where are the cops on 70? That is the road I got the 8 up to 140. And then again close to there, like you, running with some BMWs heading to a Christmas party....

You dont find a "Rt70" in VA. Rt 81 would be nice if not for all the Troopers....
