Not my day was drivng down the road and heard a horrible racket. belly pan and front facia ripped to shredds!!!!!!!!!!!!!CARP!

I watch my ride like a hawk I dont even know how this happend

Here you go. Yeah, I did it too a few months ago. Its an easy one to fix yourself if you're handy. Sorry that I don't have the fascia part number, but my fascia was OK. Best price I found for everything was at Direct PARTS connection

Underbody shield/belly pan w/SRT: 5029 908AB (I was told by one local dealer that they have stopped making a different SRT pan and the new part number is 5029 908AC. I used AB to order and it worked.) - same number for all LXs from what I could find.

Fender Nut Back (if your fascia pulled out of fender): 6505 223AA - need 2

Fender Screw w/washer: 6503 929 (if your fascia pulled out of fender)- need 2

Small bolts w/clip nuts to connect fascia to pan: 6506 161AA - need 10


Sorry, to answer your question. It cost me about $130 in parts, but I didn't have to have to get a new fascia or get it painted. I did the work myself, so no labor charges - other than a six-pack.

I pull up and the guys smiles........Got out of the car and the guy says I was the 2nd srt8 owner today to come in with this issue.......

I just ordered one of the belly pans from wyckoff. There are two...the part number listed above is for the one that attaches to the front facsia (probably the one you need), not the one I needed, which is the one that you have to remove to change the oil...it was about $16. If the other one is similarly priced...you're talking under $500 for parts.

Depending on your deductible and labor charges...it might not be worth filing a claim. Frinstance, if your deductible is $500, then it's up to how much the labor is versus the expected increase in your premium if you file the claim...If the total cost is $1500 or more, then it's a no-brainer, let the insurance company pay the claim...if it's less than $1000, and your deductible is $500...that's iffy.

That’s a shame this happened to you. You were just driving a long and it let go? My let go while sitting in the garage….the whole driver’s side hit the floor. Luckily I wasn’t driving or it would have torn it to hell and back. My dealership repaired it under warranty. Sorry for your grief…these front ends are very delicate for sure!

I feel your pain. Lost my belly pan a year ago and never replaced it. Waiting for a new grille (tommyZ) and I'll replace the front facia, belly pan, grille and fogs all at once.
