Alright, me and some friends (one of which in a 06 TBSS) are leaving o'charlies. Man it was good. Had plans to leave there and go to the theater to watch Wild Hogs (funny movie btw) Well, while sitting in some stop and go traffic i pass a red GTO and kind of speed up so he can hear it. He immediately pulls out behind me then my bro in his TBSS behind him. We finally make it to the highway and do about a 70 roll. My car stayed in 3 (instead of shifting to second) so it was a bit sluggish. We stayed even but he was creaping up on me (damn the 3rd gear). Hit a little bit of traffic then finally get an opening. I slow to 60 and wait for him, he comes up and i give the three honks. I shift to second and i'm out like a fu(kin light! I look back and the GTO is probably 2 or 3 car links back when i let out at 90 or so. Pull off at the next exit and they follow. He pulls up next to me and says "damn i've never been beat by one of those" i was just about to explain the SRT part when he said "his dad (his passenger) has an ChargerSRT" and asks me what i had "Done" Just an intake and exhaust i reply! Cool guys, but had to run to catch the movie!
Good race made even better by some good attitudes by both drivers!
