I came across a Black 2005 300c SRT-8 at a local Chrysler dealership. It has 34,244 KM's (approx 21,000 miles) on it.
It has a Sunroof and the Navigation system included.
Not sure about the side airbags though.
Anyways,,It is in very good shape as the previous owner did take really good care of it. They are asking $45,900 CDN for it.
Would this be a fair price?

Let me know your thoughts?
Thanks,

That's $45,900 CANADIAN dollars right? If it's US dollars, then NO its not a fair price. Brand new 06s were selling in the high 30s (US) just 4-6 weeks ago.

Welcome to the forums TTP. So they’re asking around $39k for the used 05 SRT8? (US)
That still seems a bit steep to me considering you can buy new 06’s for the mid 30’s now in some places in the US. Of course it could be argued that the 05 is more of a collectors item…..but it seems awfully early in the game to pay a premium for that. In Indiana this summer I saw a similarly used one for $31k. Let us know what you decide to do. Good luck!

That dooes sound a bit steep. Look at getting an 06, There are country wide sales going on now. Perhaps you can find a deal there. If the dealer doesn't have the car you want, they can find you a car from another dealer..provided there are any left..that's how I bought mine. Just a thought.

Thanks for the Welcome.
I think I can talk them down a bit.
Hopefully down around the $40, 000 CDN mark.
I will find out on Monday. They let me keep it for the weekend after I took it for my initial test drive.
I absolutely love this car. It would replace my current daily driver, 2002 Grand Prix GT 40th anniversary edition.
well i am new to this forum but my advice is to just search around for other places. i purchased my brand new 2006 300c srt8 4 days ago for only 34,900$ here in indiana they are auctioning off all of the left over 06's from chrysler at the used car auctions. I went to the auction and purchased my srt-8 and it only had 34 miles on it! they sell it to you saying thats its a used car but really their all new. and my srt8 came fully loaded with the navi, kicker, and comfort group also!
Welcome to the forums PaulMiller and congratulations on one heck of a nice deal for a SRT8! Well done! You may want to introduce yourself in the new member’s forum if you haven’t done so yet. Don’t hesitate to ask questions and enjoy your ride!
