Blue Audi S4 vs Silver Charger SRT-8 on I-287 in NJ (Video)

Just wondering if the guy with the SRT-8 I raced is on here...

This was on the way to the dragstrip. My S4 ran an 11.1@130 (best to date is a 10.8), so I was pretty impressed by how well the SRT-8 hung. I'm assuming it was stock...

Wow, your S4 is impressive! Did you remove the interior?

Yessir, although I did have the passenger seat (as well as the passenger), a full sized jack, loaded toolbox, and two full size wheels and tires.

Heh, it also has a motor more than twice the size of mine.

Too much displacement, not a fair race!

Who said anything about fair? When you're driving down the highway the other guy could have ten bodies in the trunk weighing him down or be completely stripped out. Do you do an inspection on his car before racing?

As long as both vehicles have 4 wheels it's fair enough.

Anything's possible, but based on how I pulled 3-4 cars on him, I'm assuming the gap would have only widened had we kept going.

I have $11,000 into my S4 including the cost of the car. I have been building it on a budget since late 2003.
