Yep. We never went heads up because we were both liking the right lane.

My first run turned out to be the best which was a 13.169 @ 106.64 with a 2.011 60'. Two subsequent runs were a 13.27 and 13.4x. Humidity jumped up from 67% on my first run to 100% on the 2nd and 3rd.

The car definitely has a 12.9xx in it. Just need a little better air. The only mod I have is a K&N drop in. And I dropped the rears to 28 PSI.

Good time, John. Sorry I bailed after 3.

See my sig- only magnaflow exhaust which doesn't really help in my opinion. You didn't miss much tonight. Even an '07 Z06 only went 11.90 @ 120mph. Forgot to mention my car ran at 218 degrees on all my runs. I need a thermo and fan mod. Cooling down the car between runs would have also been smart. I just didn't have patience tonight.

I have to go soon. I only have a K and N drop in too. I have hestitated to mod this car as I drive it for business a lot. I worry about reliability. I hope to get down there soon though just to goof around with it a bit.

Thanks Kaisersteiner- its fun having the cobra but the Srt8 is the better all around car. The Irs in the cobra makes it a pain to race. I am certain I will have the Srt8 a lot longer than the Cobra............especially when the Z06 is so sweeeeeet!

Low 13s are good, and it sounds like you guys had fun. That's all that really matters. Giving the cars a little time to cool down between runs would really help, but I understand being in a hurry. When I raced my Mustang, I would usually run it 3 times, let it cool down for about 45 minutes (with ice bags on the intercooler and engine) before running it again. My first run following each cool down was usually my best run, unless I screwed up the launch.

Yes, only magnaflow. I now have the 180 thermo and will also have the fan mod soon (next week). Need to get an air intake, still have the stock air filter.
