Definitely refreshing to hear a POSITIVE dealer story. It's not very often that we do :/

you need to do this to the dealership
you dealer

that would make me feel so violated if they drove almost 40 miles in it. did you say anything? uggggh that would piss me off! there is no logical excuse for driving it that far for those tsb's.

no one else drives my car

Because of the low front facia, no one else drives my car. It is almost automatic that someone not knowing how low it is will park on the curb. That could be your wife, girlfriend or family, the guy that changes your oil, fixes your flat, or valet parks your car.

I just have a rule, now one else drives it ! Ha, my wife is going to get even someday !

Was in Houston a while back and the valet at the hotel says " we got no self serve, you have to let us valet." I told him to get the manager, and the manager agreed that if I pay the valet parking fee I can park my own car.

lol, i used to valet when i was a kid.....we despised people like you! but, now i AM one of you. as far as the wife driving though, she's just as good about not pulling up to parking blocks and staying away from curbs. we both also park in the middle of a lot. she never even parks close to a curb in our hummer, i got her so paranoid about damaging tires, no it carries over to not damaging rims or front fascias.

I felt my blood pressure going up as I read your post…..however it has returned to normal since I’m reading that your dealership is making it right instead of denying they did any damage. We’ve had several members in the past that the dealership did the exact same damage as you describe, but deny they had anything to do with it. Sorry it happened, but pleased to read they’re doing the right thing.
