300C SRT-8 in Celebrity Car Magazine

I was checking out the latest version of Dupont Registry Celebrity Car Magazine and came across an SRT-8. The celebrity is Scott Byerly; never heard of him but apparently he's a surfer. I just found the same article online:
duPontREGISTRY.com Celebrity Car - Scott Byerly

I know more about this car than this guy. And I don't think a professional wakeborder counts as celebrity. Honestly that article was a waste of the 2 min. I spent reading it.

Isn't everyone who owns an SRT8 a celebrity? I celebrate mine every day.

Yo, I applaud any celeb or so called celebs that buy 300's. Why, because they probably can afford much more expensive cars and be pretentious, but they rock the HEMI cause it's a great ride. That really says alot. A few years ago no celeb nor the Dupont Registry would never have had a Chrysler but now it is world class. I love it.

There are still a lot of idiots out there that think the 300 and Chrysler is beneath them because they can afford more expensive cars.

Maybe you don't and that's cool, but you benefit from the celeb status. The 300, especially the SRT8 will seem more exclusive, maintain more value and be more sought after if it is deemed cool and hot and something that is in and fashionable. This car has celebrity status and that's a good thing - if not the car would just be transportation and utilitarion.

Without the world class exposure and celebrity status the 300 may be considered mundane and worse of all insignificant. If I wanted insignicant I would buy a Ford Taurus or Chevy Malibu and just blend in. I like the passion behind the 300 and the celeb status helps.
