I'd suggest wider back tires, different brand ofcourse the F1's are famous for their non-grippiness, but i don't think you'd be able to achieve top speed with other tires cuz theyre rated lower... atleast from what i've seen on the internet, our choices seem limited, if you want traction, wider tires, and check the reviews for the traction and how well it sticks to the road, if you want max speed (i personally don't find any need for that) then, keep your F1's on just to be safe.
I wouldn't worry to much about the warranty. If the half shafts or rearend breaks after the install, then it's pretty much a given that you'll be covering them. If anything else goes wrong (motor, tranny, a sensor ect...) then you should be fine.
I put a Quaife in my car, a 300 SRT-8. Those who talk about pavement, road surfaces, etc are just wrong! Without the Quaife my car would just sit there and smoke the tire(s). Spectacular for burnouts but not good for going anyplace fast. On a road course the ESP is so easy to defeat the car will just sit there and do nothing, and I mean nothing. Put a Quaife in the car and you can actually use the power available.
As for warranty work; the differential looks just like it did before the install. Unless the dealer takes the diff apart, or you tell them what you did, how will they know. I guess if the dealer installs the thing they might have a clue I suppose.
I think it was the smartest thing I ever did and would recommend it to anyone who likes to use the power we all paid for.

I'm thinking that the Toyo Proxes that moose is riding on are that size, however I know you use the top end on your car, and they are not rated for the high speeds, you wouldn't be able to go above 140mph without taking a risk.
I just got a set of pirelli zero's. They seem to grip ok and they are a z rated tire. i got 265/45 for a little smoother ride and the extra 1/2" of ground clearance. Curbs tend to grab the front spoiler.

The top end is not a problem if I will have a better lunch at low speed

i'm sure the lsd helps but unless your doing road coarse racing it's a problem that tires will cure...especially on a stock vehicle. people said the same things about the e55 until i started posting time slips showing 1.71 60ft times on toyo proxes t1r STREET TIRES with a 4000+ lb car making over 600lb-ft of torque...TO THE GROUND!
get some good tires and be done with it.
