You would have to have a boosted 350Z to put up a fight. Even then, it would be a close race. I would like to see this on video, stock 350z vs srt-8, is not a race... Boosted 350Z, might be fun.

Camera's are welcome....I live in utah by the way

Again not trying to start a war or anything...hell I own a 5.7L C...im just interested in the outcome

How did I miss this one ??? I hang out with the tsz33 crew here in nyc. You can ask them what I do to those guys with stock and single turbos setups if you would like TSZ33.com . There is even a 350z guy on this board you can ask about it. His screen name is snakebitten. We had video of some of the races we had but took it down because of some undisclosed reasons. Guys with twin-turbo's tuned correctly is a different story.

Let me tell you about a little race I had with one of the 350z guys who had a plenum upgrade and exhaust. We did a press from 40 and by the time we were at 140 I couldn't count the amount of cars I was ahead. My girl friend was in the car and ask me "was he even racing you".

I'm not trying to put down the Z. It's a great car. It would kill the srt8 on a road course. But in a drag race a stock 350z has not the slightest chance with a stock srt8. So if you dont have f/i don't do it to yourself.

Power to weight ratio: 350z 11.5 srt8 9.6 ... that should sum things up for you.
