VES System / Rear DVD Problem

Have had my SS SRT8 4 days now, put over 800 miles on it, and the wife can't watch a DVD in the rear. It's not reading DVD's, and then gives a disk error? Interesting that it worked at the dealership when I bought it! Anyone with some help on this? thanks

Try a different DVD first.
If it works then you know the previous DVD is defective.
If the second DVD doesn't start up then there is certainly something mechanical.

I was going to suggest the same thing. Try another DVD first. Sorry to hear you are having problems with yours. Mine is working fine,

Jay

I had something similar happen to my Ram SRT10’s CD player. Errors, not recognizing a CD, not playing, and then it would work. Finally it just quit and I had to get a new one. I hope this doesn’t happen for you, but it’s all under warranty if so.
