I'm at work right now and I can't wait to get off. To put the pedal down. It came off the truck last night. INFERNO RED 2007!!!!!!!!! Does anyone know how many were released. The dealership told me that only 2000 were produced for 2007, truth or tale. Pictures to come

tale, not sure there is a limit to the production, as many as they cal sell - and as we saw by the 06s, way more htna people wanted ;P

Congrats - it's a head turner.

I haven't seen the actual production numbers, but yes, they are somewhat rare. I will be curious to see the 2007 production numbers compared to the 2006 total numbers as most new SRT8's I still hear people getting are 2006's.

I have only seen 1 other one in SoCal and that belonged to a Chrysler exec at the Spring Festival. I took delivery of mine in October and my dealer told me a week ago that mine was the only one they have received.

Chrome the wheels, it set's off the look very nice. You'll hear people say they don't like it in red, but the truth is most have not seen it in person. The color of this car does not photograph well. It really "pops" when you see it in person. I went to my dealer to pick up the Steel Blue one they had, but changed my mind when I saw Inferno Red in person.

Sweet! I'm thinking black accents though...black rims and maybe black racing stripes down the middle. It's hard to imagine a red car this fast as nothing other then a drag strip terrorist. Hurry with the pics!!! (I would have called in sick)

Here's a local SRT-8 priced at $58,xxx CDN which is quite a bit of $$$ considering the fact that 2006 SRT's are almost under $40,000.
