WTF is wrong with dealers:

, , Took my SRT8 300c With 4000miles.... My GO* why can't they just do as asked. It's not there money they get paid for these things..
Here I go... Went in for the TSB's well what I thought I should get done Brakes -pads, rad.fluid new reservoir, trans flash for the 1-2 shift, bad idol -serge at low RPM when cold ,Scratches in leather when I bought new.
Coil evaporator smell when you first turn car on Molddy smell.
Shake at 80mph. ,thud noise in front end...,Nav system gave out on the way there (I got lost ). I'm in Tampa they are in Jacksonville (3-1/2 HR ).
And oil change (no 15-40 they recommended against) it .I am in Florida its hot here.. DRUM ROLL PLEASE

TSB done that I asked 1-2 shift ok Of course no throttle response now, But I did the pedal to the floor 6-8 sec to reset hope it works .. Idol better ,surge still there, brakes done, not so much dust couple days had metallic shaving gone now. A/C not so smelly, rad. fluid red res. looks nice new love it.
Nav. has to be orderd of course, And my old seat is still in the Darn car service advisor swears he help put new in.. same seat did they pull it out put same seat in ???????DAAAAAA. ,
And dont forget the 189.00 dollar Oil change after 20 min argueing. They took 69 dollars off (they charged dbl. for the oil )They swore up and down thats normal cost.. Well of course 3 calls later to other dealers highest was $89.00.. WTF.. So total was $129.00 oil change..
No one could feel the thudd up front end.(of course).

Heres what bites I woke up 4am washed the car shine the rims get the dust off so the Tech. wouldnt get dirtty (yes I am that kinda guy) you would think they would appreciate that???
Gas there $40.00 gas home $40.00=$80.00 They coverd one rental day on a car because they said they need 2 day total now= $120.00 Day off work turn to 2 days$$$$$$ ( ???) I made it clear that I had the day off work, 3-4 hr drive . I feel like they purposely pi** us off to never return WTF ...
Theres more to come I have my calls in .. What ever good that is )

Could you read through your post and edit. It hurt to read. Anyway what was the problem where they were replacing the seat? I just can't understand.

Well if you gave verbal instructions similiar to your post write-up I could understand there being some confusion here and there .

Seriously, I hope it all works out for you. Is this dealer your only choice, 3.5 hours away?? You mentioned you called several other dealers per the $189 oil change gouging (ouch!). Maybe someone on this board has had good luck with and can recommend a Chrysler dealer in your area.

Also, don't rule out other dealers, like Dodge for example, in which you may find more "gearhead" techs with lots of performance experience. Maybe ask around on some of the Dodge boards for dealer recommendations in or around your city.

I'm in the greater Tampa Bay area. There are literally DOZENS of authorized dealerships within an hours drive in almost any direction. Feel free to PM me for directions or advice.

Any Dodge dealer can also service you, because Chrysler allows "cross-warranty" service.

I am very sympathetic to the frustration involved, as most of my own visits to the selling dealer were terrible exercises in anger management.

There were scratches in the leather when I bought it new. They were supposed to give me a new seat ..Well go figure the old one is still in the car.
