Quick Question?

What do you say to those people who say the SRT8 is the same as any 300? Just wanna see what other opinions are. Sorry if this has been discussed before.

Not much you can say to those people. Only a gearhead would appreciate the differences (which, by the way, are probably worth over $20K if you were to try to upgrade a 300C to the same level of performance).

Why, because DCX didn't put some hideous wing on the trunk to appeal to the "fast and the furious" crowd? It's as different as a impreza is from an STi, only the STi makes a conscious effort to stick out like a sore thumb, and the SRT does not.

Tell 'em it's the Sports Performance package with 100 more HP at the wheels for just under a couple MPG on fuel economy! Mine gets better economy that some only slightly older V6s!

Ignore them, for they are mentally challenged. The longer you speak with them the stupider you will feel.

the SRT is not for those who need recognition from the masses. Most won't get it.

Enjoy the car because YOU like it, and leave the rest guessing.

Exactly..

I really don't care too much when anyone thinks it's another 300, it's all good.

The difference is to me is plenty and that's just for myself, and yes I love the performance for a 4000 lb sedan. It's a SRT8 and if the general masses does not know what it is.. too bad for them.. haha..

I hope they think its is just another 300.

They think your just 'standard man' and then you whip out the big one!

Hey thanks for the responses. Thought it was just me but guess not because I feel the same way,

BTW just replaced the F1's with Toyo Proxes 4 255/45/20 on the front due to dealer not catching bad alignment. Anyway Proxes feel a lil different right now. DOnt think they handle as well as F1s but maybe im not used to them yet. Will be geting the Proxes on rears soon.
