location of VIN number....

before you say under the windshield......

I need to find another metal plate or stamped location that contains the VIN number for my rig. I am trying to get it through the red tape in Sweden to make it legal. The metal strip under the windsheild is not good enough. Has anyone found a location on the frame or block that has the VIN information? The door stickers or any other "temporary" locations will not work. I needs to be stamped in metal.

It also failed the inspection for the following reason "Fordonbuller" which is basically, the car is too loud. Not sure if the Magnaflows made it too loud or if the old inspector guy just did not like it... Anyway makes me laugh... going to ask " so, do I need to swap out the engine to something smaller like a European standard 2.3L or something......" Hell NO!!!!!
