Thanks for the heads up! I saw that car earlier and noticed that it doesn't have navigation.

just to give you a reference point, I got a fully loaded (all available options) black one coming next week,,ordered on 2/3. I got lucky...many who ordered well before me got stuck having to be cancelled and put on the list for an 06 (which is not all bad). But there will only be 225 05s..the msrp on mine was around $42600 give or take, plus gas guzzler($2100). My dealer wanted a little extra, and I did what I think was the right thing and went to $45 even (less then he wanted..we negotiated). Now, if you want an 05 new, I really do not think you will be able to find one for msrp, which by the way has been raised by $1500 according to the dealership. So, IF you want an 05, and if you could get this one for $46 or better...
I'm just saying

I don't care if it's an 05 or an 06 so I'll leave the 05's to the fanatics. I just want a fully loaded SRT8. I'll even settle for black if you know where one is.

If someone can find me one at msrp I'll reward them with $500.00

Thanks - Joshua
Joshua,

You’ll not find one with the Kicker option of a month or so. If you’re willing to wait, PM me and I’ll help you find your car.

Angry Latest rumor!

What I am hearing now is that dealers are taking multiple deposits against their allocation and then when the car(s) do arrive, they are calling everyone who put a deposit on a car and basically selling to the highest bidder. I personally think that any dealers who do this should be spanked. I think the SRT-8 is a great car, but the screwing around with the dealers is making me weary! Especially when I can just go to a dealers lot and buy a CTS-V for several $K under MSRP and be done with it.

Both great cars and for the same price, I'd probably pick the SRT-8, but the dealer mentality (generalization of course) doesn't impress me.

Not that Caddy dealers are great or anything, but most of the SRT-8 dealers I've talked too are completely full of crap!
