Difference between 2006-2008 srt8???

So I am in the market for a new "family" car and I was looking at everything from a wrx sti the new caliber srt4, but for the price I can't ignore a used srt8. My question is are there any differences between the 06-07-08 models? If anyone can post pics that would help. Also I am in Canada, but with our dollar being strong I was thinking of buying my car from the US, the only problem is I will not have any warrenty, so are there any major problems associated with the car? I am looking at a 06-07.

Thanks

2005 300C SRT8 also available. 2005 thru 2007 are pretty much the same. 2008 received the mid model update aka facelift.

I don't believe rear seat DVD and Sirius TV was available on first 2 years. I believe only colors availabe for 2005 are Silver and Black. Silver Steel added for 2006. Red and Blue added for 2007. Not sure about colors - I am trying to recall.

06 had Black, Silver, Silver Steel
07 had those three plus red
08 has Black, Silver, Red, and Blue color no more silver steel

The rear no longer has a spoiler in 08 its moleded into the trunk with a 3rd brake light stuck in there as well. Doesn't look as nice as 05-07 with the extra spoiler and the 3rd brake light not on the decklid.

Thanks again, so I guess its just a matter of finding the right one, probably 06-07 depinding on price and milage. Theres a few I see for $27ish with low miles, but they are really all over the place in terms of price. As soon as the snow melts (Toronto Ontario) I am going for a test drive, then heading to the US to pick one up!!!

That sounds like a pretty good plan.

Wow, thanks for the list! Some of those features are very appealing, but I think the 08/09 is way out of my budget. Any pics?
