Got Hit

Driving on street 2 lane street, car starts to view in my lane, I honk, no good, I honk again and brake hard, and then I run out of room in which I can swerve as the curb is there, and then smack. Other car driver had no license. Not alot of damage but the wheel well and door will need to be repainted and I need 3 new wheels.

With no licence did he have insurance? If not what are your options? Will your insurance cover the damage?

cheers

Update got alignment fixed, car is going into shop next week for painting and cosmetic fixes.

But my question now is my Brakes are sqeaking constantly, but they were not doing this prior to the accident, could there be brake damage from where the wheel was hit or could the brake pad notification tab? have been hit or somethign to that nature as this was not occuring previous to the accident.

Thanks Guys
