Kicker System Upgrade $695

I thought it was a bit underpriced to begin with, but chrysler sold the orders at that price and they should honor them. But adding that cost should drop a few upgrade orders relieving them of the manufacturing delays.

I saw this post and immediately contacted my dealer. As of today I still could not add the Kicker to my order. It might be $695 to those who ordered it before it was dropped, but for the rest of us .....priceless.

While I had him on the phone, he said he had talked to his rep late last week and there's still been zero allocation to the rep's entire zone/district/whatever. I'm curious, does any dealer in upstate or western NY have a single VIN #ed SRT8??? I've always stored my nicer cars in the winter - a September delivery, with or without a Kicker, would really suck.

Wow SRTSaint where did you find this info..................LOL. I am not going to fight the price protection with the dealer, because this system is clearly better than what the BA7 system was. As far as the updated showing on my von sheet, it was added back in automatically, my dealer did nothing.

So i am to assume that the kicker option is the replacement for the BA7 system. If this is true then I guess Chrysler really did have issues with the Boston Acoustics sub.

I've had kicker option on my build sheet since Mid-March and it was always $695. Did others have it for less?

originally $135, which was not accurate. dealer will not price protect or DCX because it is a completely different system, which it is. As far as the ba7 having issues, it is still the upgrade for all other 300's, so it isn't terrible, it just isn't as good as the Kicker.

Hey eKool. I say we start a separate "Kicker" forum section.

...and I nominate Johnny as the moderator.
