06 chargers not that hot or what?

there is one on ebay being sold $3k less than sticker, and I have a local dealer willing to sell me on for invoice. I thought demand for these would be hot but it seems like they may be a dud? new mustangs are being sold for over msrp and the 300c's were hard to come by when they first came out, i thought the charger would be in the same boat, but i guess not. Is this car going to be a flop i wonder??

Here in Ottawa, SRT-8's, 300C's, etc. are sold at invoice or less. I know of no one who has paid over invoice.

As to Charger sales - it's too early to tell. The numbers at the end of June will tell the tale.

I can tell you that the charger is not gonna be a huge hit i know this because im young and all of my friends in high school love the 300 and if they cant afford a C they can aqt least og for a base model but its different with the charger if it was 8 grand less it would be a gigantic hit but right now its just a lil 2 much 2 b a very good seller

I think it will be a dud also. I love the concept, but it just looks too plasticky and cheap on the front end. I just think the dodge styled front ends, Ram/Magnum/Charger/Stratus crosshair grill are being taken too far.

While I like the Charger, where it is really at is the Charger SRT-8. There was a thread going around with pictures of it, it was really sweet. Of course, I still prefer the 300C. I would however take the SRT-8 Charger in a second except I'm sure the lines will be long for that one as well. If they are not, then I'd consider trading my C in to get one at a decent price. I'd be taking too much of hit on my C for a 300C SRT-8 (that is if I could find one anyway)

I totally agree. Once you get a HipHop star to rock this car w/some rims. They are going to blow up. The old school cars w/big rims have been popular for a year or so... The Charger look would just put a twist on it.
Just my 2cents.

There is no such thing as a 4 door charger.....
THIS is a charger:

Dodge missed the boat like Ford did with the Thunderbird.

Hey Northern, you guys are cool up there,my kind of people, seems like down here in the states, the people(dealers and the like),are just plain greedy, and seem to care only about the money. Not all of them, but enough!!But,then again,if customers are foolish enough to pay more than sticker--oh well!! You get the idea.
