Dealers on Ebay are crafty

I have been watching the SRT-8's on Ebay for a couple of months now. I see dealers love to put a starting price that they will not accept with a reserve. I also see the same people bidding on the same cars when they are re-listed and every time staying below the reserve. Seems to be a nice way to have friends bid up your auction to just below the reserve to show " hey look, these people are willing to pay this much over msrp, whats another $100 bid by you going to hurt? You rarely see the ones marked up from the beginning sell.
