D today

My dealer called me with the news that my SRT8 finally went to D status today, with a VIN. It's funny, I almost bought a Mustang GT last night. Perhaps the SRT gods sensed my imminent surrender.

NOooooooooo! Stay away from the Mustang. You'll be glad I said that once you drive the much faster, better looking, more luxurious, roomier SRT8.

...oh, and much more expensive.

Buffalo Boys

Born and raised in your area, and am dieing to know what you both plan to do when the snow flies ? Park the SRT and drive a winter snow buster ?

Run winter tires ?

Sidway - My Northtown order is still in BX purgatory. I hope I don't offend, but I don't really want to say too much about which dealer was successful until I have the car in hand or some other dealers get some. It isn't Mullane.

Mopar Time - No snow for my SRT8. It'll rest from November til' April. I've got a GMC Z-71 extended cab and a Denali XL for snow busting duty. I hope I get to drive the SRT for a while before the snowfall begins (a fall night at the drags would be fun too).

I dont blame ya itchy. Wow im suprised its not Northtown, theyre pretty large arond here. Baby Mullane is a tonka toy so I will likely be waiting longer.

Either way I beleive its safe to say you're the first in the area. Heard of anyone else?

I will be doing the crazy and getting rid of my durango R/T and driving through the winter. Live downtown with barely any parking so its going to be the real deal. Short of alaska should be the true winter test for a SRT
