Supercharger update

The car is running great and without any issues. The engine is holding up nicely and when I changed the oil it looked good too.

The power comes on real smooth and predictable. All of the components that make up the package have been working without any issue. The software package that GS provides you can view all the important engine functions. I took the car to a show on the 29th and everyone has great things to say about the supercharger.

I was at GS today updating some of the satin parts for polished parts. The new parts look great. If any of you are thinking abiout getting one, get the polished parts, THEY LOOK GREAT. We also installed a dual gauge pod setup with a boost gauge and A/F. The setup is hot and the Scott's install was perfect. It was nice to see someone take time to do it right. He wouldn't let me rush him and he made sure that everything he did was right on.

I also took some more photos today, I will post them as soon as I can.

more later...

John,

I am looking foward to the pictures. It may be a good idea for you to look into sampling the oil. It will help you watch for possible problems. When do you think you will start the stage II upgrades? I am watching the normally aspirated build that 1st Magnum SRT is doing. I am curious as to what the speed density system allows as far as power increase that way. The supercharger with auxilary control may be the only way right now

jketron - Are you EVER going to run that beast at one of those places where they already measured out 1320 feet, and put those pretty yellow and green (and not so pretty red) lights on a pole next to where your car starts, and there's a timer, and there's room to slow down, and they give you a slip to tell you how much time it took you to go the 1320, and how fast you were going when you crossed the 1320? Oh, ...what's that called again? Um,...A DRAG STRIP!!!!!!!

(And if you already did and I missed the post, I take back everything above).

SRT8itchy...

no, he has NOT...
is he going too?
Who knows, I thought he would of by now...
The problem is he always takes his peanut (Child) with him in hopes of picking up more chicks...
as he is really ugly...
y'know the old "hey check out my cute looking baby" line... he leaves this part out though all the time: "created from my wife who is also the mother of this wonderful child"...
So once we get his kid out of the back seat, maybe we will find a track around here that has some of those light things...
how far was it again 1.320 miles?
Just my distance - figure about 130-145mph...

I really will try and get him to run it...
but figure once my mods are done it is GOING to happen for me... with him or without him...
not that anyone cares what my numbers are though... (snivel, snivel, grovel... freakin supercharger )

I just want to hear about how it throws you back in your seat twice as hard as before, sounds real mean, and looks great under the hood. (Polished partz).
PRetty simple minded that way.

Sounds like some hating going on on this here thread! I'm sure when JKetron gets time then he will go to the strip and bust some head! If he is as busy as myself and like a lot of other members on this forum them it is hard to find extra time. So take a chill pill guys. Go clean your wheels or something!

On another note! I'll be at the Texas Motor Speedway this Saturday. Driving the Hell out of their Dodge Viper
