I order my 300c SRT-8 in january Got my vin last month. Still waiting in D1.

Good Luck. The bigger the dealer the quicker the car. Only order from the largest dealer in your area.

I don't post much anymore, but here goes:

I ordered mine Jan. 12th (meaning placed the order w/ dep). Car arrived June 30th.

My dealer (Southfield Chrysler/Jeep) is the largest in Michigan and one of the top-5 in the country.

Just buckle in, get a nice thick leather belt (to bear down on....nothing like broken teeth when grimacing), and a large bottle of something greater than 100-proof (Cuervo gold works great).

Just remember, NO one at the dealership has a clue. No matter what line of manure they shovel, they are as much in the dark as you are about when it'll arrive.

Go to the Brampton site and make friends with several of the guys on here. They will truly keep you from loading up the 'ole double-barrel and playing "paint the ceiling".

So would it be best to order from several dealers?
I am guessing monitoring progress would be very important so several dont arrive. (as if)
I think it is pretty bad that there is not way of telling when or even if a car will delivered. I understand limited production but geeez.

Ordered Feb 3, 05. Black SRT8, ALL Options.

Is the fact that I check ALL Options the real reason why I'm waiting soooo long?

Anybody?
