If you guys are not planning on any future performance mods the jet chip stage 1 is good deal for $50. However for the suggested retail price of $234 it a terrible deal.

If your planning on getting a CAI, Cat-back, etc you should get the stage2 and a low temp thermostat. I got mine for $75 bucks used and its worth its money at that price.

What the stage 2 is suppose to do is firm up the shifts on the tranny and remap the air fuel ratio since you will be running cooler (low temp t-stat) making the air more dense which equals more hp. I dont think it makes 21+hp like it claims but the shifts are a firmer.

I have the stage 2 and I got it used and love it.. You really feel the difference.. I am running the lower stat and a mopar CAI.. I don’t run an after-market exhaust. I called Jet and they stated you did not need to have the after-market system because the SRT factory system works so well..
