You could either go with test pipes or get the high flow cats. I'm guessing simms can take car of a CEL.

I've tried the mechanical 02 simms but they didn't do anything. The light still comes back once in awhile. It would have been good to get some numbers from the car when it was totally stock. I could have a "Friday car".

Congrats on the numbers! Those seem to be consistent with other numbers I recall seeing for the various P&Ps through the months. Good call on the B&G stage 2, a big help! Again, congrats.

so the 407HP is with:
P+P heads and intake
kooks headers and hi flow cats
B+G stage 2 tune
stock cat back exhaust
stock air intake and filter

I really do not know much about this, but it seems a bit low to me...
I was thinking 425 rwhp all in, but maybe that was with a cat-back and a CAI
(that is kinda my personal goal for my magnum SRT8)

I was expecting closer to 425 also. The car is breathing through a K+N intake.

do you think the stock cat back is now the limiting factor?
The stock resonators (not the mid muffler 'suitcase' are pretty constricted IIRC.

Possibly. I was actually wondering about the induction. K+N systems usually work pretty good but I keep picturing something a little bigger to feed the motor. I don't think it's that restrictive through.

Please throw a magnaflow on there and go test it again. I think that is what the majority of your customers have for modifications.
