Got my TCM flash today, maybe

I'm not full of confidence though. I tried to do it the polite way and complain of a delayed 1-2 shift. The service writer said thats normal but there is a $700 cure. I listened to his speech and asked if he was aware of the TSB about this, and handed it to him. He said they would do it. The ticket only says "flash TCM" no numbers at all. No label under hood to indicate an upgrade.
It rained all day and I couldn't really test, but I did run it up in 1st slowly to about 6000 and it did shift.
Is this confirmation that all is well?
Thanks, Greg

Yup, you must have the TCM flash if it shifts when you're in autostick.

Congratulations on the flash. Sounds like you got it. I really like the way mine is handling after the flash.

I too would like to know what the $700 cure was all about. Sounds like a scam to me!

It sounded like a chrysler labled programer, but my blood pressure was rising and this isn't what I wanted to hear. I way busy reaching for my TSB. I still have not been able to test, but It sounds like I'm ok. I will vote when I decide.
Thank you for your replies, Greg
