I just finished the install. It would be 100 times easier on a lift and a extra set of hands. But overall not too bad of an install. The stock X-pipe was a bit stubborn to get off the Cat pipes as expected. Squirted some WD and wiggled and jiggled the long heavy piece until it finally dropped off. That was probably the hardest part. Installing the new system was a breeze. I'm glad I spent the extra on a torque wrench. 45 ft lbs. is a lot tighter than I would have guessed. How many miles until I should check all the clamps?? BTW, sounds awesome! This system is definitely "drone free". Cruising on the freeway the normal person would not even notice the difference from stock. Very very slight difference, but WOT is much different. Thanks everyone for the pointers! Ready for the spring fling!! It's almost 90 degrees today, I guess winter is over!

Congratulations on your successful install! I’m sure you’re really enjoying the new sound. Now you’re going to have to watch your mpg go down as you’ll be busy doing WOT’s all the time just to hear that sound! Enjoy.

Happy to hear everything went well. Check it after a few hundred miles or so. Good luck

I may be blind but I haven't noticed what the average install time is for this exhaust system. I am debating doing this exhaust system or my brakes on my truck which is about 3-4 hour install time

2hrs max for the uninstall of stock exhaust and install of corsa.

Something to note...that crossmember isn't there to keep the exhaust from hitting the street...it's there to tie the body structure together across the span of the driveline tunnel. It's a structural member of the car and should be reinstalled!

This was my second car to do exhaust on, but I'm generally not too experienced with doing such things. If not for high flow cat problems, it would have been ~2 hours, plus the additional re-torque of the clamps a day later which required getting it up on jack stands again.
