Trying to figure out mods

Well I am trying to do all the mods before I do any body/suspension work.

I am still trying to figure out this car and as I read peoples signatures I see all different mods they have. I want to know most to all common mods these engines can take/handle. I have an SVT and they seem to be a lot more mod friendly than these engines but I have an addiction to power and I don't think I can ever satisfy it. All I have right now is an Air Hammer Intake and I have a Corsa Exhaust and Magnaflow high flow cats sitting in my garage to be put on next week. (I read somewhere that they don't add any power just good noise!)

Are these mods a hemi engine can handle?

Cams
Thottle body Spacer
180 Thermostat
Electric Fan
Water Pump?
Headers
Upgraded Fuel Pumps?
Fuel Injectors?
FTVB?
Rear Gears
Programmer/Tune
PCV Delete?
Supercharger (Forbiden or Kaboom is what I read)
Ported Intake Manifold

I am probably missing quite a few but can someone give me some insight on to what else can make this car have more power.
