I have the Blastin Bob's SRT-8 Resonated axle-back kit w/4" DW tips. I love them. They were loud at first. But after a couple thousand miles, they have mellowed down to a nice rumble. I would highly recommend them.

You can see how I did mine by keeping the stock tips and having them splice in tubing where the resonators were...cost me $100. But I have simple tastes and am happy with the stock tips.

The welder did not want to cut the tips off the resonators because I told him I might go back to stock. He would have had to cut to much into the resonators to the tips off, so I went with new tips instead.

You need to use a hacksaw to cut into the stock exhaust in two places and then they clamp on. If you like you can take it to a muffler shop to have the pipes tack welded but it's not necessary.
