What mods to reduce manifold pressure?

Trying to get my MAP readings down a bit. While tuning I noticed that the voltage is going well above 4, and at that point (about 4.2-4.3V) knock retard sets in. What would I do to reduce the pressure? Heads and cam?

I've already tried adding fuel, reducing fuel, retarding spark, etc. Nothing will get rid of the damn KR.

Here's the scan. 9r04April5 from mike1nyny -- Scan Depot dot net

Actually I had stick on vents........ for about 24 hours. I had to pull them off. I felt ridiculous driving around with non functioning vents on the fenders. They do look pretty sweet though.
