Wonder what she'd put to the wheels?

Okay, being separated from my vixen for 15 months, all I can do is dream...so I was browsing PPP's site, and ended up wondering what the net effect would be of taking them up on some of their offers:

Stage 2 heads
90mm TB
Intake manifold (ported'n'polished)

and, not really theirs, but kinda go with the package:

Diablo (custom tune, not canned)
AFE stage II

All told, prolly run close to $6k...reaching into the price range of crate motors!

But I have to wonder what that list of parts would put into the pavemeny on my vixen...

Don't know yet but it will friggin scream! I love my PPP cam and heads and I'm waiting on the 90mm throttle body to show up any day now. I'm putting it on a mustang dyno next Saturday. Was supposed to yesterday but the dyno broke (it seen that big Hemi and got scared) LOL You won't regret it I promise.

Add a cam and you're looking in the 450 rwhp range. No cam you're probably around 420.

i'm still curious about the throttle body.

who all makes the 90mm for the SRT8?

and im also going to have to modify or have some sort of sleeve for my Airhammer for it to fit to the larger TB.

as soon as the price of the 90mm comes down i may be interested, but for now, over $400 for only about 10-15 horsepower(and the cost of having my car retuned) is not worth it.

PPP is the only one I know of with a completely remade 90mm throttle body and it's nearly a $1k not $400 and supposed to be 20 RWHP. I'm wondering about the CAI myself as I just bought a Volant and curious how I'm going to make it work. Guess I'll be forced into making one of those super cool dual tube intakes. darn

yeah a thousand bucks is a little much.

i understand they priced it due to its exclusiveness and how new it is and to at least profit somethin, but if ya dont sell any, what ya gonna do then?

plus there is the whole adapting it to the intake that i wont get rid of.

3"/3.5" reducer about 20/30$ on e-bay
