That is dependant on exactly what temp you are running when the car is on the highway. Take that number and go maybe +5 for the low speed, and +15 for the high speed. There is no meduim fan for our car, make the meduim the high speed.

One of the concerns with setting the fan-on temperature is having the fans run continuously because the coolant temperature never gets low enough to completely turn them off. Not necessarily a good thing for the fan motors, albeit on low speed.
I asked Diablo Sport what is the differential between fan-on and fan-off temperatures. They said 10*F. With the 4128 thermostat my car runs around 185-187*F so I set the low speed fans to come on at 197*F and the high speed fans to come on at 207*F. When the fans kick on I can see the temperature drop to 183-185*F at which point they shut down and the t-stat closes, and the temperature rises to 197-199*F, and the fans kick on again.
Today in 93*F ambient air temperature just cruisin' around town and sitting in line at the Wendy's drive-thru window, all with the A/C on full, engine temperature never went above 197*F.
It works (and well) for me.
If you A/C in "on" then the low speed fan is on as well... constantly. It is designed to and will run continuously under those conditions. My 4128 Tstat controls at 183-185, so I turn the high speeds on at 202. I very rarely see coolant temps in the 190s unless I'm really in stop and go for a long time.

hmmm, not so sure about that.. I programmed my fans
LS = 190
MS = 197
HS = 207
and I can defiantly hear a pitch change from 190 to 197 and it is not on high..
I have stood in front of the car and waited for it, and it goes from low to medium to high...
there is a definite change in the pitch of the fans from the low speed to a middle speed..
when I programmed the Medium at a higher level than the High (reversed the 2 temps) there is a definite down kick from high to medium.
remember, the 2005 early build cars are different than the later models (including the SRT) I don't know that it is true for all models, but on my car I know there are 3 speeds occuring on the fans..
