ith Needs some knowledgable help with trinity/predator monitoring

Im a complete newb when it comes to anything car related lol I need help with my trinity unit .....

I have 07 300c srt-8 with 180 t stat, magnaflow exhaust , afe CAI , 93 oct CAI canned tune with shift firmness , tire size and rev and shift limits raised on my trinity ..... ok my question is what parameters should i be monitoring to make sure im not pulling timing or having any dangerous fuel or engine related issues ???? I make numerous custom gauges with 5 gauges per page so the 5 most important would be appreciated
