Ok let me answer these questions one by one
Issues:
1) I had a bad belt that we reaplce (just noisey but damn loud)
2) The Pop off valve needed to be adjusted (a few turns)
That is it for reaplacement issues, they had my car in the beginning for about a month and a lot of that time was spent data-loggin the car and making adjustments. teh fuel curve is great, I run about 11:1 during WOT
I only run 91 Ocatane and I have only heard only a ver few light pings, (to me nothing to do with the SC, I was not on boost and the car as you know shifts too damn soon, so I was in a high gear light throttle, low speed accellerating)
The engine temps are running NO hotter than stock, the gauge shows 205-219 on the hotest day over 100 outside temp. It never lingered at 219 either.
I have had an issue when I changed the Tstat to a 180, it turns on the Tstat rational code; so we changed it back.
As you might imagine the colder the air the better the car run and if you are in 100 degree air there is not as much power. As Rich has stated as well the hotter it is the less power there is (summary)
I have never run chaep fuel in the car after the S/C install so I cannot comment if it sensitive however I fill up at Costco so I have the cheap 91 octane and the car loves it.
The install is VERY clean, VERY clean. There are plenty of pictures of the install on these forums but by all means if you want to see some more let me know. Part of Stage II is a fan pack being installed on the air/water exchanger, that helps reduce the air temp on the air entering the motor.
You will have to lift the hood often as everyone wants to see it, sorry. On a serious note there is no extra daily/weekly maintenance of the S/C. Check the airfilter, change the oil as you see fit and how you drive it and there you go.
You asked dis this a BIG HP ADD-ON? YES IT IS!!! you are adding some serious power. Don't do this and be upset if you break something and it is not covered under warranty. THIS IS 100% NOT COVERED, the only thing covered after this will be your tail lights (that is a joke, the tail light part), your powertrain warranty is DONE!!!!
This is is a very easy kit to work with but it is not for someone who is going to complain that your powertrain warranty is VOID. The good news is that it is an American can and parts are cheap.
The question I like to ask is "would you do it again?"
YES 100%
It is great to drive, not only can you go get the groceries but you can shred a few cars on the way there or if you like, you get there real fast.
If you have any more questions, if I missed something, or you thing I didn't make something clear, let me know. I'm on vaction and will try to get on the internet while I am gone. Good luck to you and your HP quest.

Is the S/C set-up sensitive to Types of Gas, excessive ambient temps, Intercooler issues maybe too small, "lay-down" at all if the motor temps get too high, etc....
You have been rather quiet at giving us a true narration and thoughts on your BEAST of a ride. As someone who is seriously looking into a S/C set-up for myself. PLEASE give me your unadulterated opinion (GOOD & BAD) of the S/C modification to the BEAST!! If I'm someone who is willing to sacrifice longevity of motor,(but don't want to have to lift the hood twice a week!!) Is this add-on BIG HP for me??
Thanks for being straight-up, it may save headaches down the road
