I hear grand prix jeep chrysler in hicksville is good, bunch of car guys work there plus they sell preformance stuff there. Town and country are a bunch of crooks they charged me a diagnotics fee of $145 to check tranny issue
from rev to drive took long to engage and said that my 22" wheel was
the issue and didn't want to hear that it did it with the stockers on. Also the
people working there are a bunch of crooks the next day after the service
woke up to find my car dumped on rotors and my wheels gone. Suffolk dectives were investigating them for the theft and the guy who had the car for the 5 hours it was there. I will be trying grand prix next plus some of them are on the lx forum with modded chargers.

good dealer

I bought my car at security dodge, in amityville and have been back for service many times with no complaints. car is always fixed right, and never had to return for the same thing twice! I even went in once, and when the service writer asked "what can we do for you today?" I handed her the tsb for the 1-2 shift problem, and less than an hour later I was on my way home with my software update. they are 20 miles from home, so I don't want to leave the car, I get there at 7:30 am, and am usually on my way home by 9:30 or 10:00. all the techs seem to know thier job, and are clean(don't leave any grease on the steering wheel, etc.) I'll be there on monday for the famous navigation disc read error. I would reccomend them, and would buy another vehicle from them.
