EAST HILLS CHRYSLER, Roslyn NY

Just thought i'd be the first to add to this section. This dealer is where I bought my car, despite having a terrible reputation even when i did so (not my opinion, even Chrysler told me so) Oh, you may be asking then WHY I bought there? fair, they are located exactly 10 minutes from my driveway, and had the best deal on a Black SRT8 in January 06' I could find.

I no longer service the car there, as a matter of fact, I don't service it anywhere, because i've yet to find a dealer on Long Island with a reputation worthy of my commitment

So, here is to EHC...cheers ya dumbarse dealership, for treating a 50K customer like dirt, and losing future sales because of it...pride must run deep in that family

I second that with Town and Country Chrysler/Jeep in Levitown. They sold me the car and it was a great deal and I was happy until my brake rotors turned out to be warpped. They dont cover them over the 12/12 and thats that. They asked if I noticed a wobble or shimy when I drove and I said yes. They said they could fix it wth a rotate and balence so I said go ahead since the car was already there. Well its been back there 3 times (1 hr away with traffic) and its still there and I asked for a refund and they YES but I have not seen my refund yet. They sent me an email requesting my opinion on that service and I gave it to them. Over a 30.00 service I wont go there or buy another car from them.

I have had decent(3 times for a tie rod) success with Garden City Chrysler and a members' wife(Stephanie) is a service advisor at Bayside Dodge. You may want to try one of them.

If you need to do brakes or need some help on some mods I can help you.

Where do you get your work done then? We know they all suck pretty much for one reason or another.

I bought my car at Town and Country and they were pretty decent. Tried to service it at Bayside, but frankly, they treated me better when I had the Neon ten years ago then they did now with a car thats three times the price. Won't be going back there, even though its the closest.

They're the ones I bought the Neon from, back when they were Metro. Thier service department sucked back then.

I cant even get warranty work done correctly. My alignment is still off after 3 times back to Garden City from when one tie rod went bad and now the other feels bad also. i am going to try Grand Dodge in Englewood NJ. I know the part manager. Hopefully they are better.

The best mechanic for service is AJ at Garden city Chrysler. Westbury bought this dealership and AJ is there. He is the only mechanic qualified to work on SRT vehicles. He knows his stuff and he cares about the cars.

I would have to highly recommend Steve at Merrick Dodge of Wantagh (they used to be located in Merrick, L.I. but moved to Wantagh, L.I. and kept the Merrick name). He will work on your car as if it's his own. He has installed KW's, Heads, Cam and a bunch of other things. He has fabricated brackets, modified the KW adjustment tool etc.....For more information (he does work on the side), PM me.
