Intake manifold gasket leak? (pics)

Is this an indication of a leak? The passenger side had some accumulation of oil and dirt as well but not nearly as much. If it is a leak is it critical? She is less than 2,000 miles from the end of warranty.


Dirty I know. I cleaned her up. Poor thing sits outside all the time and get's driven more in the winter than the summer.
