poping out of gear on the freeway (lighting bolt light)

I have had my 2006 chrysler 300 srt8 for a few years now and it has started to do some wierd things lately

1. stalling while waiting at stop light
2. poping out of gear on the freeway after driving for about an hour. esp light goes on and a little red lighting bolt goes on... on the dash. It also seems to rev to about 2500 and stay there. will fix itself after restart.

I have taken it to the dealership and they say since the lights do not stay on there is no error code so they dont know what is wrong.

help please!!!!!!!

the Bolt of lightning is your electronic throttle detecting a fault.

Try another dealer. You can go to any Chrysler or Dodge facility.
