This is exactly my case. I am currently at 13168 miles/10 months, but I did take in my car to have the rotor scoring officially documented slightly under 12000 miles. I just got off the phone with my service advisor, and after confirming in my car records the documented rotor issue within the warranty period and talking to his service manager, not only did he say that the TSB would be honored, but he was able to order four new rotors without me having to bring the car in.
Oh, by the way, my service advisor was quite surprised that I even knew about the TSB (because he didn't). He wanted to know if I had received a call about this. I said nope, it was courtesy of the great people (ResumeSpeed, et. al.) on the internet at 300cforums.com.
Now I am just hoping to get my new C-Tek pads in time to have the entire job done at once. Dave if you are reading this, am I in line to receive the new pads with the next batch to arrive?
