New Rear Tire/Rim plan. trying to make 315/35/20 work

im buying two stock SRT-8 rims, and gonna have them increased to 10.5"

hopefully on that rim a 315/35/20 tire will fit

315/35/20 is the same 28.7" that a 245/45/20.

I know it will fit on the rim itself but i wonder if ill have enough back spacing.

hopefully someone on here smarter than I am can help me out.

Mike

There's an older thread on here where someone was going to do this. I'd really like to know where I can safely have my rear rims widened and how much it would run.

Doesn't Power Porting Performance (a site vendor) do this? If I'm not mistaken, I think someone has done a 295/40.

Getting the wheel offset correct is the issue.
