Hi...I have an 06 300c SRT8 with 15,000 miles on it. Yesterday the dealer put new tires on the front because the original Goodyear F1 Supertires were badly worn on the outsides. (I have a "tires for life" deal with the dealer - thankfully.) They also checked front end alignment, finding the "castor" badly out of alignment. After about 4 hours of trying to rectify the alignment problem they finally gave up (7:00 p.m.) until they could contact Chrysler engineers. The technican was able to get the right front castor to .02 and the left tire, .03. I was told this as 'acceptable' but they wanted it to be in perfect alignment. They also put new slotted rotors on the front, along with new brake pads, because the brakes continue to "squeak" when coming to a stop. I am very satisfied with the dealer, Glendale Chrysler, who is doing everything they can to rectify a few problems I've had with the car. ( Another example of their dedication to customer satisfaction.. I bought a new Chrysler DUB grill from them and which they installed. Lately, I noticed the outside of the "Chrysler" emblem wing tips coming loose. I was told there was no practical way to hold the tips in position and that it would eventaully come off. They then ordered me a new grill for replacement on my next service visit.) As regards the back tires on my car, they still have plenty of tread left. Driving my car home from near St. Louis after the all-day service, some 185 miles distant, the car drove so much better with the front-end alignment and new tires. Unfortunatley, the brakes still squeak, most likely coming from the back tires. After working all day on my car I don't hardly have the "heart" to tell them I still have the annoying break squeak... Mike
