I had hankook's 275/40/20's on my former C. That tire was great. Very quiet and it weighed about 28lbs. The TIS 07's were about 44lbs.

[quote=EricG;398101]Please tell us more about that.

Eric - The SC EMT's on the V have been lasting anywhere from 5k - 20k miles. While there is no written warranty offered from Goodyear, (at least not that I'm aware of without searching anyway), Goodyear does support that these tires should last for a minimum number of miles. I don't know what this mileage is but in my case the tires were all @ or below 2/32 tread depth at 7600 miles and GY credited me 75% of the current tire cost of the SC EMT's, or $302 a tire. You need to call GY and open a case/get a case # and then have a GY dealer measure your tires and call GY with this info. In my case Discount Tire measured, called for case# then called again for credit value. Took about 30 minutes. So I could have had the OEM SC EMT's for $105 a tire ($407 per tire retail) or do as I did and get the GSD3's for free (plus mounting).

BFG G-Force KDW-2

The other is the Hankook-Ventus. I have heard no negitive comments on Handkook tires. . . .
Sadly - not a single one of your recommendations comes in sizes for the SRT-8.

Maybe you are looking at the wrong model they are different in style the only similarity is that they are both directional.

Dont get me wrong here guys, I am not hating or dissing one tire over the other nor am i saying that whoever got any other tire other than the falken made a bad choice, I am only giving my opinion and posting to other members what other option we have. I didnt see anyone speak of the Falken 452 on this forum so I decided to share.

Absolutely. And no one is thinking you are hating in any way. I would really like to see the Flaken's and hear about the performance. It might be the perfect tire for the SRT8 now that the price has dropped.

One word of advice. If you do get the falken's, measure the physical size of the tire vs. the Goodyear. It might say the same size on the sidewall, but believe me, they are all different. That goes for hight and width. One other good measure and very important; weight!

If you do get them, make sure you update us with a nice write up.
