Wow ktrends it certainly sounds like your dealership came through for you. Congratulations. I wish everyone had a dealership like that one or like the one I have.

Here are three links you may be interested in. The first is about the brakes/rotors. The second deals with the tranny shift hesitation you should look into if you haven’t done so. The last link will take you to the complete listing of TSB’s provided by ResumeSpeed.
Hope this helps you.

Good news on getting your TSBs.

Where I bought my SRT8, they told me that Chrysler owned it instead of some other company or individuals. So I thought I shouldn't have too much trouble getting TSBs done or any of that nonsense bull that some other dealerships I have heard doing or saying, and I was right.

All I did was mention at 180 miles, that my rotors were starting to score and had brake dust issues, the rotors were replaced with the slotted and pads replaced. Oh yeah that Ashtray seems to be a common problem, and I got that fixed too.

When I first picked up my car after I dropped it off at the service dept, it said 180 miles but I don't know why but I kept thinking I dropped it off at 157. I made it a concern and got them to look into it and made a small fuss because if they really did drive it 23 miles then I would really have a problem. Anyhow before I left, I did apologize that I could be mistaken. The way they handled my concern was very professional and made me feel better. Anyhow I got home and yes it was 180 miles. Man did I feel like a heel! LOL

Well My dealer in Louisville is Cross Chrysler / Jeep. I was over the 12k mark but they did inspect my rotors for scoring. My rotors actually look great but I was hoping for the best lol so I can't hold it against them for not replacing them. They did flash the tranny fix for me so I was happy. I ordered the DZeck posi quiet pads and couldn't be happier.
