Nice burnout, but getting back to the tire question.

You sure you don't have 295-40-20 Goodyear RSAs?

per another thread. They are 295-40s.

I was trying to figure out which tire they were myself because they don't look to much like any of the 295/40-20 goodyears I have looked at. I would like to get a 295 on the rear but I haven't found a company yet that suggest anything under a 10" wide rim. These are roughly 1/4" taller and only about 5lbs heavier, depending on which tire of course, than the 255 f1s which I think is worth the extra 1.5" or so of width and hopefully a nice grippy compound. I need tires very very shortly and will probably end up with 275s until more people try these especially since I am still in Ohio at the moment and should really get four seasons.

Hemidrift, if you could please ellaborate more on some of the questions posted, that would be very helpful!

I'm on Goodyears site. They list nothing in 20" in a 35 aspect ratio. The 3 others I found in 20" were 40 series but none of the tread patterns displayed match your tire. I'm thoroughly confused.

He was incorrect about the original size, and subsequently corrected the information. The tires he has are the Goodyear Eagle HP Ultra Plus in size 295 40R20. Goodyear Tires | Find The Right Tire | Display | Eagle HP Ultra Plus Nice looking size, but Goodyear rates them as "8" for dry traction, while they rate their own F-1 Supercar tire as "10." The extra width looks nice, and it may ride/wear better, but it's not likely a traction improvement.

Good point. Not only that, I'd hate to find out what that tire might do at 160mph since manufacturers recommend 275's as the highest for a 9" rim.

The sidewall bulge for the 295 seems to look ok though. I thought the wheel had been widened at first.

I'm guessing the INVO's have a traction rating better than these.
