Rotor and Trans TSB completed

Dropped the car off at the dealer yesterday morning at 7:00am with the TSB's printed and notes outlining what I wanted done with the car.

They said no problem, dropped me off at the train and contacted me at around 3:00pm saying everything was ready to go, picked me up at 5:30pm and brought me back to the dealer

Picked up the car and slotted rotors are all around and now autostick shifts 1-2 automatically and no hesitation on downshift

Very happy with their service and they did a great job on the car.

I am loving the shifting/braking changes and the car is just perfect right now.

Cheers,
Chris

Great to hear they did a good job for you. I love the way the slotted rotors look, it was the one thing missing, and the price was perfect.

I just had mine done as well, the car certainly feels better, but it seems to shify to early in first....I wish it would shift 400 or 500 RPM's higher. Have you noticed this?

Glad you had a good experience!

Just out of curiosity, did you check the mileage when you dropped the car off and when you picked it up? I did and they put 38 miles on it

I always write it down and take a phone pic of the ODO before I drop it off. I ask them when I see miles on my car and make them explain why they drove it. I realize some repairs require a test drive....38 miles worth...doubt it.

right, the TSB says "inspect the brake pads and replace the pads as necessary". it's that darn "as necessary" that gets ya every time.

i had the TSB done and my pads were not changed either.
